| Started sailing in his own dinghy at the
age of 10. Owned his own fishing boat at 16 and while qualifying
as a Building and Structural engineer maintained his interest
in the sea by working on supply boats. An extremely experienced
seaman and a very practical man, Jim bought Condor in 1986 and
has fitted her out himself to make her the ideal Committee boat.
Jim started running races in 1990 but still finds time to race
his Victory "Zig-Zag" Has cruised extensively as far as the
Azores and is spending the winter cruising in the Mediterranean with his wife Trish on their 57' ketch Dragonsong. |

| Learnt to sail in his own dinghy at the age
of 10 and started racing in International One Designs at Cowes.
Graduated to cruisers in 1969 and has crewed on winning boats
in RORC, Cowes Week, Solent Points, Round the Island, Burnham
Week and Ramsgate. Crewed on one of the Hong Kong entries in
the 1975 Admiral's Cup. Took up race management in 1986 during
his eight years as Rear Commodore Sailing of a prominent Solent
Club. Commercial experience gained in the Middle East, working
as Operations Manager for a RO/RO Shipping Line. Bill also looks after the interests of All at Sea, the monthly waterfront newspaper, from Lymington to Eastbourne. |

| James, son of Jim, has been sailing for most of his life. A natural sailor he has cruised extensively and raced most boats from dinghies to stripped out racing machines. Now working full time in the marine industry, he is a Yachtmaster and a valuable addition to the team. |
